1. Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial purchase date. This applies to:

  • Starter Plan subscriptions (monthly and yearly)
  • Pro Plan subscriptions (monthly and yearly)
  • Enterprise Plan subscriptions

1.2 Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase date
  • The refund applies to first-time subscriptions only. Subscription renewals, upgrades, and repeat purchases are not eligible
  • Your account must be in good standing and not suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • There must be no evidence of abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of our fair use policy

1.3 Free Plan

The Free Plan is provided at no cost and does not involve any payment. Therefore, no refund applies to the Free Plan.

  • The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and may take additional time

3.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

3.3 Currency and Fees

Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction. We do not charge any fees for processing refunds. However, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.

4.2 Cancellation After 14 Days

If you cancel after the 14-day refund period:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all paid features until the subscription expires
  • No refunds are provided for the unused portion of the subscription (except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion)
  • Your account will revert to the Free Plan after the subscription expires

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

5.1 Service Failures

If the Service fails to meet its advertised features or persistent technical issues prevent normal usage, you may be eligible for a refund beyond the 14-day period. Please contact our support team with details of the issue.

5.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions cancelled within the 14-day period, you will receive a full refund. After the 14-day period, partial refunds for unused months may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5.3 Refund Denial

Refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:

  • The account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • There is evidence of abuse, fraudulent activity, or attempted exploitation
  • The refund request is submitted after the 14-day refund period
  • The purchase is a subscription renewal, upgrade, or repeat purchase (not a first-time subscription)
